Ps. Prof. Ophilia Ledimo - It's a New Season, It's a New Dawn

Updated: Sep 6, 2021

Scripture Reading: 1 Samuel 16: 1; Ecclesiastes 3: 1, 4; Isaiah 43: 18; Isaiah 61: 2 - 3

Date: 22 August 2021

King Saul represents any situation, person, relationship, or environment in our life that holds us hostage. Eventually, you need to rise and say what has happened has happened, and I am okay with it. It is time to move on because when we mourn without ceasing our lives become unproductive.

There is a season for everything under the sun. We know by his faithfulness that God is consistent. In the Spring, the flowers blossom and bring fragrance to our lives. In the Summer, He illuminates the sun. In the Fall, He causes the deciduous trees to shed their leaves. During Winter, it is the time of water.

Embrace the new season. God is moving in various spheres of our lives. Embracing the new season entails letting go and forgetting old things, removing the sackcloth, filling your horn with oil and moving on, and embracing the goodness of the Lord in your life.

God is coming to refresh you, heal you, and direct you to your next assignment. He is launching you into a new season, into a new time, and into a new period. Receive it.
